My chicken isn’t moving as much

So my hen had actually been laying more often now and hasn’t been gaping. Not today how ever she’s been slow and lethargic ? Any reason why ? Crouched down her neck more in , walking slow.Not pecking as much. She is a creamlegbar 35 weeks old

Yes, she was isolated not too long ago from the flock . Now she is in the nesting box.
