My chicken just pooped this! Help! What is it?

She is a bantam Cochin hen, around a year or so old. I happened to be standing bear her when she pooped and saw this! It looks like angel hair pasta, and moves so I'm guessing its some sort of worm? What is it and what so I do? She has no symptoms of being sick.

Yep, that's a worm all right. You'll probably want to worm the flock. Worms can slow egg production and from what I've heard, they really only start to pass worms like that when their worm load is really high.

Yeah, they are worms for sure.
Forget what type but they are pretty easy to kill.
Just separate her, worm her then the rest of the flock.
Give her yoghurt.

Looks like round worms to me. Safeguard sheep wormer liquid. I use 3cc/ml in 1 gallon of water for 3 days. Discard any eggs for 14 days after last dose. You will need to do another dosing either with the Safeguard again or Valbazen in 10 days to get any hatched eggs from the original infestation.

The safeguard liquid goat wormer or the valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer should be given orally, 1/2cc undiluted using one wormer or the other. Repeat dosing in 10 days. 14 days withdrawal after the last dosing.
