My chicken story. :)

[The Turken Lady]

Yesterday,I started writing a story about my chicken. It's fiction. I can't write non-fiction.. xP lol.
I'm only in 6th grade so I'm not that good,but I still wanted to share

C H A P T E R
1

It was a crisp,fall day. Pip,as usual was scratching around near the woods. It wasn't long before he found something small and shiny. Looking closely at it,he noticed it was a greenish-bluish wing lined with gold. "Come look at this!!!" He called over to his ladies,who quickly rushed over. "Looks like a crystal beetle wing." Scar his sister,and Jet,his half cousin exclaimed. But... They soon lost interest and ran off in anticipation as their owner came with bread."I'll be right there!" He called. Pip wanted to know more about this wing. He felt a connection. Quickly,he picked it up in his beak and turned around. Maybe Percy might know why he felt a connection. Right when he started strutting towards Percy's pen,he noticed a huge shadow blocking his path. "AAAA!!" Pip screamed and almost dropped the wing. "Who are you?!" He asked,still suprised. "No need to know right now..." The shadow whispered in a raspy hoot. "I see you've found the last piece of the crystal bug.." "The crystal bug?" Pip asked. "Well,a long time ago.." "A hero named Pipus Jackson buried pieces of the crystal bug all through-out the Earth." "Legend has it..who-ever finds the last piece of the crystal bug will bring Pipus back to life,and get their every wish granted." "EVERY wish?"He asked. Pip really wanted some more ladies.. "Yes..every wish." The shadow whispered. "Fine,lets go!!" Pip called over and raced toward the woods. "WAIT!!" "YOU MUST TRAVEL WITH 6 FRIENDS TO HELP YOU ALONG THE WAY!!" He stopped in his tracks. "There's always a catch,isn't there?" Pip sighed and returned to the shadow. The shadow hooted:" You must travel with..A great hero..
A small,crazy and a huge chicken..A great flyer..and an old leader. Then,it dissapeared,leaving Pip alone. He knew that he had to travel to the kingdom of the crystal bug. He rushed over to his pen,and grabbed his mirror. Now all he has to do is gather his friends. To go on the impossible quest..and solve the legend of the crystal bug..

About 30 minutes later,Pip had chosen his friends. After his owner leaves,they would all meet by the barn. His owner rushed by with the feed. "Pip,get in your pen!" She told
him. He rushed over..hey? A rooster has to get some scratch before leaving on an adventure,right? He gobbled a few beakfuls contently while his owner shut the door and left. His ladies,who were tired roosted.While he and Brodda,one of his chosen friends dug to make a hole big enough for them to fit through. "Wow wow!" Brodda complained. "I am very tired." "I want to go eat some lettuce,it is my favorite instrument!!!" Pip sighed. "Brodda,are you ready or not?" "Okay." She squeezed through the newly made hole with ease and Pip followed. They ran to the barn and waited. A few minutes later,the other five chickens appeared. Crooked beak,a serama,Mini a tiny buff serama,Jack an ameraucana,Pigeon a mean white leghorn and Thalia a sumatra. "So...which way do we go?" Mini asked. "Uh.." Pip replied nervously. He pointed towards the woods. "This way.." And started walking,the rest of the group following him. They jumped over the fence that divided the farm and the woods and walked through cautiously. The forest had it's share of scares. It was dark,and it always sounded like something was stalking them. Finally,they reached the end of the forest. This was only the beginning of their troubles. In front of them was another forest,divided by a huge,flat rock. Lights sped by as fast as the speed of light and humans in steel monsters drove past. BEE BEEEEPPPP!! The monsters roared. "How are we going to get through that?" Jack asked."I don't know,but we have to find a way..or we may never find the kingdom of the crystal bug.." Pip said.

Oh yeah,the monsters are cars by the way.
