Today, I wanted my pet chicken VP Cepa with me. I'm not sure how she died, but she just now passed. It could have been the cat, knocked over the carrier she was in, but there are two other factors today that could have been cause injury.
My car was full I'm moving my stuff to Boynton Beach and she normally sits on my lap. I heard her cry, when I adjusted her, so it sounded like I may have hurt her neck or head, there is nothing I could do, except keep driving, and when I set up the carrier the cat knocked it down while I was preparing lunch.
I loved this chicken, and today we went to visit a neighbors pigeons farm,here I made another mistake she was eating anything on the ground could have had poisoning or pesticides I was careless to let her out just like this.
I am writing this post because chickens are so hard to keep alive, I was trying to protect chickie from heat in her cage all day, and this is what happened.
You never know what your going to be getting each experience with the most lovely bird the chicken. I hope she moves to the next life, and rests in peace after a short two and a half years life one and a half with me.
