My chickens are 45 weeks old and not laying.

I have Columbia Wynotes and they are 45 weeks old and have not laid. I have 3 roosters and 5 hens could the that be the problem or are they lack something. They have shell in the coop.

I wonder this too...I have a bantam cochin about the same age that has only ever laid 1 egg.
