MY CHICKENS ARE KILLING EACH OTHER!!

don't have weasels here thank goodness but im going to remove the box hoping that they are just smothering each other in it cause the box is like one foot by one foot and they all try sleeping in it together because they grew up sleeping in that box and I just never took it out but ill post pictures of my coop etc in about 3 hours so yall can see what im working with . if there is any diseases I should be looking for that are taking them out what should I be looking for?

Weasels are everywhere in the US, as well as mink, but you may not see them. So are rats--some eat meat and others eat the feed. Weasels usually take the heads off. You have some sort of predator. It's easy to predator proof your coop if you use 1/2 hardware cloth and don't have dirt floors, but a rat or weasel can get through 1 inch chicken wire. Raccoons can put their arms through chicken wire and pull chickens through it piece by piece.
