My chicks are sick!

I don't know where you're located, but I would suggest you call around first before going to your farm store and find out if they have corid in stock. we've been been running out quickly in this area, it's been such a horribly wet spring.

I went to an auction and got three polish chicks to keep my chick company. However, once I brought them home, all three of them turned out to be sick!

Now all four of them are sneezing, some of their stool is bloody, and the smallest of the polish chicks is pretty lethargic and hangs its wings down a lot.

I am feeding them medicated chick starter, and I have fed them the yolk of a boiled egg for breakfast the last two days. I'm also giving them electrolytes in some of their water.

I'm sorry that you have sick chicks.
Is there mucous in the nostrils too?
If you can post some photos of the poop that would be good.

I would treat with Corid (Amprolium), you can find it in the cattle section of Tractor Supply. Dosage is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder or 2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon of water. Give for 5-7 days - make sure this is the ONLY water available during that time period. Mix a fresh batch at least once a day.
Eliminate the electrolytes while giving the Corid. It's find to give Corid while on medicated feed.

How old are those chicks? They look very young. Chicks under 1 week of age are not able to get coccidiosis. It is usually not seen until they are 1 month old. I suspect it is some sort of respiratory illness they picked up. Have you tried using the chicken symptom checker tool? http://www.poultrydvm.com/views/symptoms.php

They are definitely older than one week though I'm not sure how old exactly. Thank you so much for the symptom checker tool, that helps a lot! I was thinking they might have some respiratory problems as well, since they are sneezing so much! How can I determine exactly what they have?
