I noticed you were dangling a worm to get their attention. Isn't it hilarious how obsessed they are over bugs at that age??

My meaties were in a clear tub when I first got them a couple weeks ago. You should have seen them go nuts when an ant walked up the outside of the tub! I thought they were going to flatten their little beaks trying to peck at that ant!

Yep,it is very funny how crazy they go over bugs and such, now every time I come into the room they come running over to get a treat

I keep a container of meal worms by their brooder and give them a few when I come home from work each day and before I go to bed.

I find is interesting how much enjoyment a grown man can get out of raising chicks. Very relaxing to say the least

They are SO SO CUTE!!!! You do have quite the colorful bunch.

What kind of banty is the one in pics 3 & 4 upper left - lots of white with dark wings? It is so sweet.

Thanks for sharing and I look forward to seeing pics as they mature.

I think they are light Brahmas. There is a couple im not sure of yet.

I couldnt help myself when I seen them so I got a couple of each type I seen

Do they love the meal worms? Mine are a week old today and I want to give them meal worms, but wasn't sure if it's too soon? (infact I just asked that in the treat thread)
