My chicks caught a cold but we don't have any medicine for them. What should I do?

We have raised chickens for a few years already but none has ever caught a cold, so we have no idea how to deal with this. We just bought 4 new chicks on the first of May this year and now 2 of them are sneezing and their poops are kind of watery. I think they might have caught a cold but we don't have chicken medicine for them so we tried to search up how to make simple homemade medicine if it is possible. When I googled it, it says that the easiest way would be give them sugar or honey. But when I tried to give them it, they wouldn't take it, so I tried mixing the honey in warm water to replace the normal water with it and I thought I could check what people say here just incase honey water isn't good for them.
Should I give my chicks honey water or sugar? Is there any good, simple, way to help them get better? Please help!

Honey water shouldn't do them any harm and will help perk them up if they're not eating much. What sort of chick feed are you giving them, is it medicated or unmedicated? I would suggest getting some corid or whatever coccidiostat is available to you, and treating them all with that. Whenever any chick gets sick that is the first thing I do as it is such a common thing for chicks to get. How old are they?

Have they ever been exposed to the outdoors, or have they ever been outside? Usually it takes a but longer for Coccidiosis to develop I want to say, but could be wrong.
What are you feeding them inculding treats? What is your bedding material? Are you fermenting the feed by chance?
