My chicks keep dieing! What am I doing wrong?!

I had my last lav orp chick die the other day, and my last blue orp died just a bit ago

What am I doing wrong?!

I water them twice and day, and they have feed 24/7.

I forgot to water them twice yesterday, but I dont think thats it.

What could it be?

Are you refilling water containers twice a day or letting them drink twice a day?

did you give them regular chick feed or medicated? I usually gave mine medicated or medicated & starter mix.
