From what I found its called Yolk sac infection in which the chick didn't absorb the yolb before hatching

The other ones are very strong and active this one even moves around all over the place but he is moving on his sides and on back but he is kind of active as well. Poor little thing.

Most of them will die within the first 24 hrs and some from day 5-7
