That's a pretty dress - I like blue...and I realize I'm getting old, because I'm thinking "Thank goodness some people still wear dresses to church! Civilization has not fallen!" And I don't even go to church

It is nice to see someone actually wear a dress to church. At my church most people dress very casual, which is alright, but sometimes it borders on inappropriate. It is nut unusual to see teenage girls in short shorts and tanks with flip flops. I don't think that is very appropriate for church or school either. It is nice that they go, I just wish they didn't dress so skimpy.

As to whether or not my friend Debi should give pointers, the way you all address the situation is a lot more condescending then she was being. If fattie doesn't like it, I am sure she can tell her all by herself. She is a big girl, and people don't need to be rude and mean to Debi under the disguise of sticking up for fattie.

(I hate calling you that!) Very nice pic of you and your friend in your church clothes! I am also a fattie. I do my best to look nice! If folks don't like it, they can lump it! I have my own style. Boring compared to yours, I'm sure. I'm into the solids....a plain jane! LOL

I could probably run circles around some of my thinner friends, with all the work I'm constantly doing around the house, garden and caring for my flock.

I would say, you're probably very ornery, and should definitely go to church! (HECK, SO SHOULD I)

I can't stand skimpy inappropriate clothes at church either - it makes me really uncomfortable. But then again - I wear pantyhose when I go to church or anyplace similar, which shows you how old fashioned I am. lol
