Great coop!
We have one alot like it (but stationary) and raised so the chickens can hang out underneath..what we did was made the nest box doors in the front, with hinges, and the nest box roof solid.
Any run off from the roof goes right on running, and yes, we get tons of rain here !
Maybe you have screw the lids down, and sawzall doors into the nest boxes..just a thought it would be easier for you.
