My coop/run. Just want to share! Come look!

Very creative

good job. My coop run door is open 24/7 so the wet ground in the run from rain has not really been an issue as they like to free range on the grassy spots not unlike your area and then during the hard rains they come into the barn and settle into watch it pour. I have been looking at some sort of ground cover and think I am going to put large bark chips. They don't use the area for dust baths so it's just to lessen the more mud like ground. What part of Portland are you in? Coming to the swap in Canby, OR in a few weeks?

Where 'bouts are you, if you don't mind my asking? I was just guessing you weren't in Portland proper with all those birds (lucky you).

Address is still Portland, but we are unincorporated Clackamas county, right in the Johnson Creek watershed. That's Johnson Creek down the hill behind the coop. its AWESOME! Country living so close to all of wonderful Portland.
