My Crowing Roosters....Listen! Suede, Dutch, Isaac (And Now, ZANE!)

Such fun! I enjoyed listening to them all. I have to find a way to record my hen's cackling (is that what you call it?). I love listening to it.

I think Isaac's crow is partly due to his tender age, though he started crowing at 9 weeks old, so he's had lots of practice, LOL.

I loved hearing your roosters! And I think they have great names! This section has been great to learn a bit about roos since all of my books only talk about hens.

You're right, not much is said about the roosters in books. I love roosters. To me, they are the spice in the flock.

hovergirl, I lived in Utah twice, totaling about five years there. Lived in Layton, Ogden and Roy.
