Absolutely. The sound quality is exceptional. However you recorded them worked very well. The timing is PERFECT too. I almost always have to edit where they begin and where they end but with yours I just converted and downloaded to my phone.
Funny thing - every rooster has a different-sounding crow! My LBrahma roo sounds like an engine that can't quite turn over. er.........er.........er.........e..r..oooooooooooooooo
how cute!! All my guys have such different crows, too. I wish I had recorded Big Red, my RIR roo, when he first started learning to crow. He sounded EXACTLY like a baby elephant.
Zane is crippled, so he has to raise up and flap his wings to belt that out. It's maybe why his sounds like it does, all the effort he has to put into it.
PC, I recorded them as WAV files on my little digital recorder and edited out all but the one section where they crowed (boy, originally, I heard my silly pullet Fern peeping her head off, the broodies clucking and my Delaware, Maxie, mooing like a cow, LOL). Then, Nifty converted them to mp3's and cleaned them up a tad for me. (thanks, Rob!).

Oh so Rob was involved in this conspiracy too?
It takes some work and patience to get sound clips like that. I can see you out there with them: "Shhhh hens shhhhhh - ok Zane crow - crow for mommy - cmon crow - CROW!!!"
