My Dad put eggs under his electic blanket!

I shipped a dozen fresh eggs to my Dad, overnight thru the post office.
He raised chickens as a kid, so I thougt, he would like this. He hears lots of chicken stories from me. .... So I get an email, he says, I got the eggs, I put them in my bed under the electic blanket, when will they hatch? ???????
I call him and tell him they are fresh for eating! I don't even have any roosters~
this is just so funny, I have to tell someone!

I forgot to mention my Dad is 83.
I will try to get him some chicks, that was a good idea. It will keep him busy all winter taking care of them! give him something to do!
