he was just trying to make sure he kept them warm

how sweet! my dad is 78, he loves to come over and see my chickens, he grew up with chickens and cows. (i don't have the cows) but i have goats and ducks. he seems to get a kick out of it. one time they were coming over after church. well they got her a little early or church went a little longer than expected. anyway, i found there car out front but there were not in it. went in the house and i could see them through the back window sitting on our deck watching the chickens play and eat!

i bet your dad he would love a few chickens if he has a place for them.

Awwww, that's so cute! I think it would be great of you got him some chicks - it sure seems like he would enjoy it!

I'm impressed that he emailed you! Most people a lot younger than him that I know refuse to learn any of this "computer stuff." Lol... my dad is not even 50 yet and I don't think he could send me an email without my mom's help! Although, he just got his first cell phone is has been attempting to text. Sorry... I'm done hi-jacking.

that is funny,, here every once in a while we get a egg ta pip, we take it down to the nursing home,,, them guys LUV it,, get about 30 people that sit there and watch,, for hours,,, is better then t.v. ,, and when it finally hatch's you should here the applause.
if ya dad needs some fertile eggs,, give me his addy, and ill send him some!! i got green, blue,white, and brown,, all fertilized by a big ole leghorn.
