We don't eat fried food in our house, haven't done it for several years.
 
Ate out tonight so opted for grilled chicken fajitas with no sour cream and minimal cheese... still... felt like a heifer when I was done... BLEH

Think my biggest problem is portion control. I eat fast and thus eat too much...
 
Got on the scale at home today. I like my scale a whole lot better than I do my doctors!! So my starting weight is 270lbs not the 280 my docs scale says. This way I will be able to weigh at home once a week instead of once a month or so at the docs.

Was doing good until I had that Dr. Pepper!

This daily food diary from My Diet includes: All Natural Yogurt - Blueberry, blue berries, milk, Tri Protein Plus, green beans, milk, perogie, roasted porkloin and Cherry Coke--can't find Dr. P on the list so I took the worst.


Worked in the garden and did a mile on the track while pushing the fat dog in the buggie!

This daily activity diary from My Diet includes: Resting, Sleeping, Desk Work, Walking (moderate) - 3/mph, Yard Work (gardening) and Housework.
 
When eating out I do ask for the to-go box when I order, that way I can put half of it away before I overdo it and then I have a meal for the next day.

I used to read that and think, yeah right, and the first time I did it I felt like a dork. But you gotta do what you gotta do.
 
Is it totally blowing it if I ate three pieces of See's candy instead of 1???? I had cheese pizza for lunch with iced tea (no sugar), and no dinner. I only eat dinner if I am hungry and I'm not.

I had class last night so I didn't get a chance to post....

But other than a side salad with 1/2 packet itallian dressing, I had some carrots, 2 bowls of soup and two small baked tomatoes for dinner with water all night

1455 calories for last night.

Stepped on the scale this morning after I got all the kids on the bus and the baby to daycare and I'm at 216.8

One say about this crash diet, I'll be happy to be here today. The lack of protein in this one kinda made me feel yucky yesterday during day two.
