My dog cornered him? What is he?

Ok.. I heard a bunch of yipping this morning and went to take a look to see what it was.. Our puppy had cornered a chickien under our carport.. Not sure where he came from.. Can anyone tell me its breed? It seems to have long tailfeathers.. They are just scrunched up right now from the puppy..

Maybe he has a minor injury from the dog chase. Nothing looks distictly swollen.

He could be just scared or ticked off... I would not say he necessarily looks sick but not overly thrilled...

I was also thinking he looked "off", but was attributing it to the dog, and any other stressor he's dealt with this morning. He's very cute! Are you going to try to keep him? If you are, Good Luck!!

LOL>. Well I did put him in a small chick cage I had.. Was going to go around to the neighbors to see if it is theirs.. Poor thing.. I just cant keep him though.. I dont have anywhere to put him..
