my dog needs help and idk what to do...

THIS. Thank you for saying this.
It's Christmas. Most vets are not going to be practicing today, and if they did, they would charge a fortune. I don't blame the OP for waiting until tomorrow. Not everyone is rolling in time, money and resources...especially a teenager.
There are animal hospitals in most areas that are 24 hr but very expensive after hours.

Isn’t that the same thing as an emergency clinic? Or different? Either way, it’s likely very expensive, especially on a big holiday like Christmas.

And OP’s profile says northern Minnesota. Doesn’t say specifically where but it’s also possible they live in a pretty remote/isolated area and might not have one nearby.

Even if they do, parents might not want to drive however far it is there and back or pay for emergency services on Christmas.

OP also said their grandparents were up for the holiday so it’s likely they are busy celebrating the festivities and/or probably sitting down to dinner soon and unable to take the dog to the vet right now.

Hopefully the lack of update means the dog is okay. :fl

She is 3. I don’t have an emergency vet, and are vet in our town is the best lots of ppl from hours away just come to see him. He’s my best option. But not open over Christmas and no emergency number. I’m trying to get her in right after Christmas. Thank you. Merry CHRISTmas!

:hugs I know you’re trying your best. :hugs

How is she doing? Better I hope?

So many possibilities! A twist in the gut. A swallowed string or other foreign object. All of these are life-and-death emergencies. Everyone is advising you call a vet, get her to a vet. She is in pain. She is suffering. You need to do something for her. Right away! It may not be convenient and it won't be cheap, but the longer you wait the worse it is going to be. She's NOT going to get better. PLEASE! Call a vet and get her in NOW before she suffers any longer! PLEASE!
This is Christmas. Depending on where you live finding a vet today is easier said than done. It wasn't even Christmas but my little dog became desperately ill on a Friday night and I had to wait until Monday to take him in. Why? Because where I live there is no emergency vet clinic within miles, the roads were unsafe because of ice, and my vet was out of town anyway. Sometimes immediate treatment at a clinic is simply not an option. I gave my little dog good supportive nursing care, got him to the vet as soon as I could Monday (the ice melted by then) and he recovered.
