My drakes foot is ALWAYS bleeding??!

My boyfriend asked if we give him a penicillin shot, and if so how much and where?

We can't take him to a vet.. it's just my boyfriend and I in charge of him and we are still seniors in school and don't have the money my boyfriend has meds at home though for us to give him a shot if we know what to give.. I'm crying I'm so stressed and overwhelmed I want him to be better we can keep doing the epsom salt soak and keep applying the iodine..? And what do I do about the white blister thing and his feet itself

I just don't know what to do because I don't have a way to ask a vet. I'm so stressed over this. I hate that it got this bad but I didn't know any better. So what do I do on my own now what steps do I do today

Please don't cry.....Do the wash and iodine let it be aired out.....Just find a weight and do the penicillin as you need....

He's like 10 pounds.. so I wouldn't know how much to use and where do we administer the shot IF we even give him one.. so we don't bandage him up anymore..? But we do bandage bubbles mild case on her feet..? And do I do anything to the infection with my hands or his foot like remove anything or do anything..

and then don't bandage? And what about bubbles we are treating her for first time she has very mild case what do we do for her, and of he's not wrapped will she get an infection from his nasty infected feet? How long till the infection goes away..
