Hi,
I have a male pekin that’s 6 months old now, we noticed his bill had some dry spots like couple weeks ago, we took him to the vet and got some antimicrobial spray for his feet and bill.

But his bill looks worse than before, please see the photos, is that normal? We’re very worried, should we feed him more niacin or put some Vaseline? Any suggestions? Thank you!

What are you feeding?

Flaking of the bill isn't particularly uncommon in ducks, and is generally suggestive of a dry environment, or constant digging in rocks, or other hard material. In the picture, the flaking doesn't appear too severe - I think if he were mine, I'd leave it be.
