My duck/chicken life

Good day

Just two nights ago, I had chick fall in the water and get soaked, then fall in food and get covered in it, only to have the younger chicks swarming it for the food all over it. I have never seen that poor little bantam so terrified of anything in all it's two weeks or so of life. Of course she spent the rest of that night seperated with her best friend to calm down and dry off.

A few days ago we gave quackers a taste of fish chowder. She was unsure of it in my mom's hand but as soon as I offered it in my hand, she went all out. She didn't leave a speck of my shirt clean. She absolutely adored the fish in it.

Yea. She's female alright. happy about that, that means we can keep her . I hope our chicks are to still.
