I would give the B complex orally, either 1/4 ml or 1/4 tablet orally. That way she will get the right dose.

Sounds like a bunch of good suggestions here. How is the patient today?

Thank you for checking! Get this...vet took X-rays and says she has a fractured toe and believes this could be causing this much discomfort for her. He thinks she started to heal and then aggravated it again recently, causing the swelling and general indications of being in pain. I'm so relieved and really hope this explains it.

I'll be continuing the pain killers and keeping her more still for the next several weeks, I hope she is herself again ASAP.
