My duck eggs hatching early!?!? Did I do something wrong?

OK for Now, wet that membrane, it's WAY to dry, wet the OUTSIDE only, don't go in that shell at all,

This is what it was like yesterday. It looks smaller and darker than this now, and the veins aren't as pronounced.

He NEEDS pressure, Lot's of pressure and that membrane is WAY to dry. Got to wet the outside of it really good.... If those veins dry up, the process will be over....
Cover him up with that membrane and wet it pretty good..

Get some paper towels, dried, Stuff it in there, It's ok he can't hold his head , hes head needs to be forward..

Is he fighting you at all?

Put his butt or legs in one corner and head should fall in the same corner, make sure he's completely covered up though can't have that sac opened like that, he'll get an infection
