As long as she will eat when you give her food in water separately, then she should be ok there...
It's only been a week, it will take a while for her to adjust if she can't see out of one eye... that is a full half of their eyesight, and being a prey animal they will be much more cautious until she adjusts... and there will always be a huge blind spot for her so getting startled will be easy to happen with her... a buddy would help her a lot, are there any that like to hang out with her? If so, keep them with her when she eats or anytime you separate her from the others...
