My duck is acting weird!?

What breed of duck is she?

Maybe when you threw her and she hit the ground it busted an egg inside her? You can't just sit them down on the other side of the fence?

I don’t think that happened because I feel her belly every night to see if she has an egg and every time I felt an egg I got one. Also there run has a tarp over it so there was a pole holding it up but it broke in a heavy snow storm. So I am holding the tarp up well trying to toss four ducks over the fence. Also none of them have been heart by this before. I can stop if this is bad for them.

My ducks won't come close enough to me for me to hold a tarp and get a hold of one of them. . I can imagine that's not an easy task. It's difficult enough to catch one around here, without holding a tarp or anything else. They would have me flogged up one side and down the other while wrapping me up in the tarp. I swear sometimes I think they are plotting my murder. The evil side eye glare they give me....the only reason they haven't "gotten rid" of me yet is because I bring food.

Thank you! Last night I went and checked on her to give her some water and she was acting normal and drinking the water. This morning when I took her out she was limping very bad so I carried her to the run so she didn’t have to walk much. I don’t know what to do… the only vet clinic that I know sees ducks probably isn’t open on the weekends and I have to leave Sunday. What should I do?

Haha! All my ducks hate me but I love them so much! The only ducks that I think might actually like me are the calls but then again yesterday I clipped their wings for the first time so I may have just ended that.

I did check for Bumblefoot and I don’t see any. I should give her an Epson salt bath though. Thank you!
