My duck isn’t eating and poops bright green

Any chance of getting her a friend? It would take a little time for bonding but it would sure help.
I’ve thought about it, but I’m concerned about bringing disease or illness into my coop by bringing in an outsider. Plus I don’t have the slightest idea on where to look for one. It seems like craigslist is full of poorly raised animals that people are trying to dump off and make $. Indian runner ducks aren’t really popular...Any ideas on where to look? I don’t have the time to get a duckling and start raising one again so I would prefer an adult.

The poorly raised ones though need us the most... you can get it checked for diseases. That's how I ended up with Fancy and Soda... they were in horrid living conditions...

That’s so sad. I fully support rescuing animals whenever possible. I hate going through breeders. Did you end up taking your birds to a vet to get checked for diseases?
