I have the 2 runner ducks & 2 geese. I raised them all together since day 1. I’ve developed such a close bond with my girls. Maybelle does look very observant. She’s always been my best egg layer. If you’ve never tried runner duck eggs- they’re the best! They don’t have that “gamey” taste that so many other duck eggs do.I was sure hoping to hear better news by now . She looks good in the pic. Head up observant. Do you just have the two of them?
Have you had to euthanize any birds before? I’ve heard some vets have more barbaric methods than others. If she isn't getting better then you should probably go ahead and have her put to sleep.
I am sorry.
I have not euthanized a bird.Have you had to euthanize any birds before? I’ve heard some vets have more barbaric methods than others.
The last one I took in the vet gave Crookie Monster a shot and he just went to sleep.Have you had to euthanize any birds before? I’ve heard some vets have more barbaric methods than others.
