My Duckies Are Hatching ***PIX ADDED***

My sq swedish duck eggs are hatching and rite now I have 3 out of 8 and #4 on the way its a staggered hatch so the next few days should yield me little duckies!!!!! I tried to get pix but no luck they move too fast!!!! These guys weren't supposed to hatch for like 3 more days I wasn't expecting them I walked in my room to go to bed and they were 3 duckies in the incubator I freaked I was sooo excited!!!! I have 2 blues and a black so far a nice blue:black ratio IMO so you'll guys c pix sometime tomarrow

i couldnt get pix until i put them in there brooder here they are

these are Jethro's babies and i have no idea who the mom is....... the fourth one hatched sometime last night while i was asleep

this is their dad

and the next eggs i put in the incubator will be from these girls!

today i split up the flock into two pens one pen with jethro and the blue girls and the blue drake and mystery (splash drake) in another with the black girls

i put new pix on here when the rest of the eggs hatch they have a few more days

They are so cute - I just love ducklings. It is hard to look at all that cuteness and not go turn on the incubator and order eggs..... Congratualations!!!!
