Thanks @chelseachook for the advice and I am getting another duckling all I fed him was some wet rice but is it right to feed your duckling rice? I mean the owner said feed them rice.

I don't feed mine rice but I think it's ok as a treat - just not as their main meal. If you have a pet store or something similar that sells livestock feed near you, you can pick up food specifically for ducklings (sometimes it will say duck starter). Is it possible for you to get multiple ducklings? They are the happiest when they have friends. If you are getting ducklings again I would suggest making a new brooder that is bigger than your previous one. I hope all goes well, good luck
