My duckling has developed a white bump on her butt/back

Hi fellow Duck and chicken lovers! My duckling has developed this pea sized, white, protruding bump. Is this possibly “her” drake feathers coming in?? Or any other info on the growth? Here’s a bad picture but she doesn’t like me fussing over her butt. Just want to make sure there’s nothing I should do or be worried about. Thank you guys!!

That’s her oil gland.

I was told that is their preening gland, produces oil to make there feathers water resistant.
