MY ducklings randomly started acting drunk???

This can happen when ducklings drink a lot of cold water, and it can kill them. Get them warmed up ASAP and in the future, make sure they don't guzzle cold water.

Curious, if that ever happened, would providing warm water help recovery?

They have been out of the water for 3 hours. This was right after we found them acting strange. I thought they were cold so I put them in warm water.

Those are the symptoms of shock. Treat with warm water with a spoon full of sugar and a pinch of salt an d baking soda,

The ducklings are cold; once ducklings become cold their necks get tucked in, they get very poofy, and they lack the ability to balance themselves. I'm sure now that you have moved them into a warm area, you're are seeing some improvement. In future cases when you let them bathe, they should be placed in warm water, for a short amount of time, and should be placed under a heat source directly afterward.
