3 week old Khaki Campbell. She is gasping for breath and crying. She is cold and can't walk. And her eyes aren't focusing and she isn't shying away from my hand even if I act like I'm hitting her. I'm getting lots of water in her... But any other ideas of what I do?

What are you feeding? What is your brooder setup? What type of bedding are you using? How long has this been going on?
@Miss Lydia @Quatie
My nearby mills chick starter, I've used it for 3 years and it's worked great.
They are in one of those super expensive rabbit hutches from Amazon lol in my garage, with a heat lamp on them. They have food and water and I've kept it clean for them.
I'm using pine shavings.
Past 20 minutes.

She just started walking but still breathing super hard. I have a heating pad beneath her and a heating lamp above her. Not too close. She just flopped around a bit... She stops breathing and her head drops... I keep thinking she's dead then she starts and flopping... I think I'm loosing her.

Heating pad and heat lamp sound WAY TOO HOT. Place a thermometer on top of the heating pad and under the lamp and take a picture of what it's reading.
