My ducklings sick/dying, please help

So this is the brooder. They are only huddled together cause their sleeping, they are usually popping all around the brooder happily.

Have you been supplementing with any form of niacin? very important that waterfowl babies get niacin from hatch till around 10 weeks of age. especially feeding chick starter but even feeding the best duckling starter there can be one that will come up with a deficiency. Not saying this is what it is.
What is the temp in your rabbit hutch? at 3 weeks ducklings should be kept at around 75*

She didn't get much niacin. I've raised ducks before and always had that in their diet but it just slipped my mind! But would that actually take a duckling out like that??

No, all of our feed it stored in a dry, critter free area. I mean I'm not positive, but I really doubt that's what happened as we don't have water near it.

Can you pick up some liquid BComplex? TSC Carrie’s it if you can add it to your ducklings water but for this one I’d give by mouth. One drop at a time until she has taken 1 ml she may eat it over a tasty treat if she’s eating. How is she doing now?

Oh, I already said this, but she died and decided to live again then died and lived again so I put her out of her misery. She wasn't going to make it and had already given up, I'm pretty sure she was already dead when I took care of her.

I don't have any more ducklings as we just wanted to add one more to our flock of ducks just for the fun of it, but I will keep that in mind for when we do get more, thank you. Any ideas on what killed her?
