I walked into the pen this morning and her eye was wet and the lower lid was hanging out and I couldn't see her eye. I do have chickens in the same pen and think one of them could of done it. What should I do. Her attitude hasn't changed much. I did separate my Ducks from chickens.
I read to clean it twice a day and put on neosporin on it. Any thing else? Or any advice?

Oh my gosh - I'm sorry for you and the poor duck! Separarating them is smart. Is that long term or just for now?
Are they all "friends?" Were the ducks and/or chickens recently introduced to one another? Chickens have their dominance-establishing pecking as well as their curiousity pecking.
It makes me wonder if this was just "accident," or if there is bullying?

Your cleaning regimen sounds good to me. I imagine it should be covered so no gunk gets in...? Is there a flap of eyelid hanging?

Its probably for short term, until she heals, they all have been together since October. My chickens beeks are clipped so idk if it was them.
Any advice on how to cover it? And yes the eye lid is hanging. :(

Just as a note of encouragement, I have a Toulouse gander who lost an eye several years ago and is doing fine. I think his injury was also due to a chicken as the birds all free range together during the day and there was no other obvious explanation. Unfortunately, this particular guy has always been a little "slow" and accident prone and hobbles due to a previously sustained leg fracture when he wandered into the pasture and got in the way of a galloping horse :(. As far as treatment for the eye, I kept the surrounding tissue and socket clean and bandaged for several days before letting the natural healing process take over, which it did amazingly well. I think what you've read to do is perfect.

How do i Bandage it?

Good question! I am not sure how others do, but I would make an eye patch..? Using clean gauze and nude-colored medical tape. But the others would peck at it. Another idea would be liquid bandage? To seal it.

I'll keep brainstorming. What have you tried so far?

I have been cleaning it twice a day and keeping Neosporin on it. It is getting better. It looks light pink.
