Violets first egg was a creamy pinkish color with some pale blue/green specks (or calcium deposits?) I was a little bummed out but the next egg she laid and I know for sure it was hers was a pretty pale blue ( I even cracked it open to see if it was a true blue egg inside and out and it was!) you can see it next to my EE? Or Olive Egger? (Idk) Cookies green egg. She just started laying a few weeks ago but I’ve only gotten 2 blue eggs from her now she’s been laying those creme colored eggs. Is this normal ? And is there a reason her she’ll color changes?

That breeds egg color is supposed to change.
No, they do not.
True and Pure Ameraucana's will only lay blue eggs.
EE's are a cross (not a breed) and may lay blue or green or brown or pinkish, or even white.

Nope, doesn't happen.
There are only white shells or blue shells... a single bird cannot lay both.
A brown coating makes those shells either some shade of brown or some shade of green. If there is no brown coating, shells will be white or blue.

It can be really hard to find out which bird is laying which egg,
you just about have to see it come out of the vent to tell for sure.

I have the eggshell from the blue egg she laid it’s blue inside and out

I don't think an EE laying blue eggs will change her egg color. Could you have another chicken that started laying without your knowledge?
It looks like you have eggs from 4 different hens.
I only have to possible blue/green egg layers one who lays green everyday the other like I said, has laid blue 2x or 3 I believe.

Is it because you’re assuming she must be just an EE & she is not an Ameraucana so that that ?
