My EE has decided that she will lay her eggs in my bathroom sink.

I thought so also, but didn't want to be the first or only one to say it. It looks to me like the chicken was cut out from another picture and pasted in the sink picture. The edges of the chicken just don't look right to me and it looks too small for the sink if it's old enough to lay.

Can I just ask? What difference does it make, really?

If I posted a picture that I knew was real and the people I call my friends(just about all you BYCers fall in that category

) doubted me publicly, I would be very hurt. If it is in fact photo shopped and it was done for attention then you are doing just that! I for one don't give a flying fig newton, it is a cute story and a cute pic.

If she says it is real than who am I to question her? Please lay off before her thread gets closed. I have had my threads closed due to things getting off track and it is not fair to the OP. Now I will

that pic does NOT look photoshopped. Open it up full size, the chicken is standing and looking up at the camera, so since it's a top view, she looks smaller because she's stretching up with her neck. I think she's adorable and your bathroom sink looks very clean.

Thats exactly what im thinking. We dont mean to be rude. Were just pointing out that she duz look cut out and to small for the sink. And it doesnt look like standing in the pic. PS I did open it full size.

Looked like a chicken in the sink to me, too funny.

i'm not an expert, but doesn't look photoshopped to me, it looks adorable! How cool to have your chickens in your house. i would leave our back door opened for my brood if i didn't have indoor-only cats. Our last house was set up a little better and i would let my EE come in the back door from time to time. She was so adorable standing on the back porch, cocking her head and peering in. i couldn't resist.

Chickens in my house and i'm still alive to tell about it!

Ok, just have to say, I won't be visiting this forum again. Thought this would be a nice place and others would enjoy the cuteness of my chickens. Violet is an amazing chicken, very petite, clever and I happened to get her from someone on this list living in the Claremont area. She actually found her way into the back today without the gate open. She has to be the smartest chicken ever.
Anyway, don't have time for this sort of nonsense and don't own photoshop. I would post the other pics I took at the same time....but not happening. You would just pick at those too. And for the last time....she sneaks in and found the sink for herself. I don't let chickens run around my house. I don't even use THAT sink. Get over yourselves and enjoy picking on someone else.

Gee, peeps, I'm a bit surprised at the reactions to this. I do happen to know someone whose chickens were in the house quite a bit and one did lay an egg in the bathroom sink, if I recall. Could we be a bit kinder to our fellow BYCers, please? Think I'll close it now. Apologies to rosegal.
