My egg is 25 days old and nothing is happening

My egg is 25 days old and nothing is happening no piping or moving or chirping and when I candle it all I see is darkness inside what do I do?

Also, what temperature is your incubator, and is it still air or forced air?

It is a silkie egg in a 95-100 degree incubator with 60-70 % humidity and still air. I will try to post a picture of me candling it. And the rooster is an Easter egger

Do you know the exact temperature? 95 to 100 is a large range, and even the high end is too low for a still air incubator. 95 would be very low. It definitely would cause it to hatch late, if it's alive.

What color is the egg shell?
What are you using to candle (light lumes)?

To me, the darkness is due to the light not being "bright" enough to see through the egg shell but I'm not experienced.
