My egg Stopped Chriping and Shaking

My egg has stopped chirping and shaking. Is there anything I can do? I'm afraid it has died.

That happened to one of mine, depending on how long it has been since it was chirping and moving about depends on what's happened.

If you leave it be, nature should take it's course as intended though I agree this is rediculously hard!!

I am sorry to say that, unfortunately in my case, the chicken inside the egg I had didn't make it - just wasn't strong enough to peep. It happens sometimes.

My egg has started shaking again - but no cheeps. Did that happen to yours?

I just checked on it and it pecked it's pip bigger.

Unfortunately no, it didn't break through at all. No peeping at all. There was chirping and shaking which slowly died away and then... Nothing.

Good news for you though!! Pipping is always good - it'll take it's time If it has a hole it has air so is in a much better situation now x

Fine and dandy. It hatched this morning and walked around right out of the shell. Her sibling wanted to rest right after he hatched though.

That's normal, it's a huge ordeal breaking through your own shell!

I think I used up all my panic when they were in the process of hatching. XD
