when candling there was movement forsure inside the egg until yesterday but i couldnt really see anything yesterday. its all dark besides the thin layer of yolk and the air sack

is it ok to stop turning them and what should the humidity be inside the incubator?

Yes, stop turning, placing the air cell facing up. Humidity should be around 70% for hatching.
