My Eggs from Sonew arrived!! I HAVE A BABY!!!!!!!!!

Bella the silkie has made her entrance into the world!!!! And we got back from the doctor just in time to see her step out of her egg!

The blue egg that pipped earlier this morning has a nice size hole in it and she's peeping and moving, but still has not zipped.

And another olive egger has a pip. So four chicks so far if they all hatch. I am pretty sure the other two olive eggs are good as well, and one more blue egg is good. Sooooo.....that could be 7.

The other 3 are the detached cell blue eggs that were kind of questionable.

The little silkie is so tiny compared to Madeline... looks like Mutt and Jeff.

Pics coming in a bit when my son gets back from the store with the batteries and his meds.

Ok, the blue egg seems to be struggling a bit. It's poking the shell, but not so much in a line as it looks like it's just poking a big hole in the side so far...

But it's still trying so that's good. I guess if the hole gets large enough it can come out that way.

The other olive egger (#13) that has been wiggling since yesterday is the one who pipped but might have a hard time if Madeline keeps napping on top of it. She's chosen that egg to flop her big self on and sprawl out. And she's been there for a while. LOL

Ok, the blue one is in trouble I think. Should I go in and get it and try and pick it apart with tweezers? It may already be dead from the looks of things... no signs of breath anymore...
