Here are the babies that hatched last night.

4 millies and one light brahma (one more millie is in the hatcher drying off right now).

Two of the Millies have "chipmunk stripes", the other two are just kind of mottled. I should band them so I can see if that correlates at all to the sex.

Aw, how sweet! I swear, I just may have to get some D'uccles one day. My banty Cochin, Shadow, is odd-girl out in my flock. She is soooo tiny and the only bantam. My DH loves her so much, he may build her a tiny little coop all for her and maybe CJ, if no one takes him. THEN, you watch me get some D'uccles, Mille Fleur or Porcelain, either one. Frank wanted to convert me to the cult of the Serama (and Frank, you just never know

), but I love the little Mille Fleur D'Uccles.
