My favorite hen is acting sick

Hey y'all,

My favorite buff orp hen is not eating, rubbing her beak on the ground and seems lethargic.
She was really stinky with green poo and I dosed her with olive oil for sour crop. After that she
seemed a little better, but now she's doing the same thing. I don't feel anything in her crop.

My husband was putting out Penkoted grass seed on "his side" of the yard and he thinks she ate
a bunch of it. It's coated with some kind of fungicide. That was about a week ago.

Also, her comb is flopped over and kind of discolored.

Does anybody know if the fungicide on grass seed is poisonous?
