Hi, I know this is an old(er) thread, but it reminded me of my own pullet that died suddenly. So sorry for your bird. Mine ended up having Fatty Liver Hemorrhagic Syndrome. Depending on how long you've been feeding bacon rinds/treats, it could be a likely cause of death. Since bacon is very high in saturated fat, it could have triggered FLHS. Just a thought.
