I can't see the pics but congrats and welcome to the world of worrying incessantly about heat, food, poop and frail little bodies! I just wanted eggs! [IMG]

Aint dat da trooof!?!?! Got a couple days without the suggar buggar around and that's usually when I get the most done. Instead, I've built a bigger brooder and sit watching them try out their new roost, splash in the sand and chase each other around in their bigger digs. Hilarious!

And when I'm not watching them, I'm in here reading to make sure I'm not messing up somehow. [IMG]

They weren't kidding when they said this place is addicting! [IMG]

BUT: Suggar Buggar is coming home later today, so I need to get after it. I wonder if he'd notice if I replaced the flat screen with the brooder.... [IMG]

just like baby humans, chicks don't stay little for long. So, I think that we should ooh and ahh over them while we can [IMG]

And as for being on BYC-it's important research, so that we know how to care for our chickens properly who rely on us [IMG]
