My first Duck eggs are hatching!!!!!

Do you still have the turner in the incubator? That is supposed to come out appx 3 days before they are due to hatch?

It is a part to the turner.

The turner should not be in there. I would take it out BUT you need to have HOT water ready to replenish the moisture lost when opening. Some people use a water sprayer to mist a bit also. Be careful and good luck.

Sorry about the duckling that died. The others look wonderful. No, I don't have any Pigens but I am in love with the Rollers. They are amazing acrobats. I show a video I found on YT to many people. Not many people understand how cool those birds are. The fantails are so pretty too. At our local fair there is a boy who brings in a few different breeds and his favorite are Nuns (?)
