I'm so excited
our very first egg, and it's from our 38 week old Ameraucana, Rainbow. I thought our CM, Chocolate, was going to be the first because she began squatting earlier this week. Imagine my surprise to find this lovely blueish egg in the nest box this morning.
It's next to a jumbo size store bought egg for comparison. I'm so delighted. It's a beautifully shaped egg with a nice hard shell. This is just too much fun
