my first eggs!! who laid them?

If you can pick them up you can feel the pin bones down in the fluffy part of their backsides. The ones that are laying will be more spread apart than the non layers. As for egg size and color, the eggs will get bigger as they get older and more set into their laying cycle. The eggs will change color often though. Hens only lay one egg per day at the most so you may have two laying.
Someone asked about color of eggs on barred rocks... Barred Rocks can lay any color of eggs.

only Reba and Big Red will let me pick them up at this point. I don't want to stress them further by holding them when they don't want to be held-although I understand this may never change.

thanks a bunch chasiekitten12!! One of the eggs is a little speckled I suppose. And if it's my Reba, that makes sense, because I understand a new environment would cause them to stop laying and she definitely seems the most comfortable. In regards to my white gal- I think she'll just remain nameless until she either crows or lays an egg!
